Contract

By registering and using our services you are subject to these terms and conditions, in addition to our Privacy Policy.

By registering, accessing or using our services, you agree that you are entering into a contract with misseguros.pro, even if you are registering or accessing on behalf of a company. If you do not agree with this contract (the "Contract" or "Terms and Conditions"), do not register and do not access or use our Services in any other way. If you wish, you can terminate this contract at any time, just by closing your account and not accessing or using our services.

Services

This Contract applies to misseguros.pro ("Mis Seguros"), to Mis Seguros applications and to other sites related to Mis Seguros, applications, communications and other services that declare that they are offered under this Contract (the "Services"). Users subscribed to the Services are called "Subscribers" and unregistered users, "Visitors".

Mis Seguros

You are subscribing to this Contract with XHARING, LLC. (Mis Seguros or "we"), who will be the entity responsible for the personal data you provide to us, or that is collected or processed by or for the Services, or in relation to them, in accordance with our privacy notice.

These Terms and Conditions apply to Subscribers and Visitors. If you are a Visitor or Subscriber, any collection, use and information sharing related to your personal data will be subject to our Privacy Policy and its updates.

Changes

At any time we may make modifications to this Contract and the Privacy Policy. If we make any significant changes to the Contract, we will notify you through the Services, so that you have the opportunity to review and, if applicable, accept the changes before they take effect. If you do not agree with any of the changes, you can close your account and stop using the Services.

The use of the Services after posting or sending a notice about changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms from their effective date.

Requirements to use the Services

To use the Services, you agree that:

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law).
  • You will only have one Mis Seguros account, which must be in your real name.
  • You have not been restricted from using the Services by Mis Seguros.

Your account

As a Subscriber, account holder, you agree:

  • Use a secure password and maintain its confidentiality.
  • Not transfer any part of your account.
  • Respect applicable legislation and these Terms and conditions.

If the Services have been acquired by a third party for you to use (for example, your company), that third party will have the right to control access and receive reports on your use of the paid Services.

Payment

By subscribing to the paid Services, you agree to pay the price and applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in termination of the Services.

Additional conditions:

  • Your purchase may be subject to fees or price differences depending on your location.
  • We may store and continue to use your payment method for billing purposes, even after it expires.
  • Subscription costs will be automatically charged at the beginning of each subscription period.

Notices and messages

You agree that we will send you notices and messages in the following ways:

  • In the Service.
  • Through the contact information you provided to us.

Service Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any of the Services. Similarly, we may modify our prices, with prior notice within a reasonable time and to the extent that legislation allows.

Limitations

Mis Seguros reserves the right to restrict, suspend or close your account if it considers that you may have breached this Contract, the law or that you are using the Services incorrectly.

Intellectual property rights

Mis Seguros reserves all its intellectual property rights in the Services.

Contract Termination

Both you and Mis Seguros may terminate this Contract at any time after notifying the other party.

General Provisions

This Contract is the only agreement between us regarding the Services and replaces all previous agreements.
