XHARING, LLC (the "Company") is an entity that complies with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law") and other applicable legislation.

The Company maintains a platform through which users can maintain, manage and control their insurance policies and other functionalities that may be added in the future, according to the scope described in the Terms and Conditions, hereinafter identified as the "Services". For the offering, quoting and provision of the Services, the Company must collect and transfer personal information (including Sensitive Personal Data as defined in the Law, as well as financial or economic information) in order to provide assistance services for the renewal and management of insurance policies of people who register on their platform and/or computer systems and/or mobile applications (the "Holders").

This privacy notice (the "Privacy Notice") is made available to the Holders, to regulate the collection, use, disclosure and storage (the "Treatment") of their personal data (the "Personal Data", as defined in the Law). By virtue of the above, the Company has adopted all measures established in the Law for the adequate Treatment of the Personal Data of the Holders.

The Company obtains the Personal Data that is treated in accordance with this Privacy Notice, through the following ways:

  • When the Holders provide such data to the Company by any means.
  • When visiting the Company's website or registering on the mobile application.
  • When obtaining information from other sources permitted by law.

The information we obtain may include:

  • Taxpayer Identification Number.
  • Place and date of birth.
  • Nationality.
  • Marital status.
  • Marriage regime.
  • Description of certain Patrimonial Assets.
  • Tax and/or financial information.
  • Tax address.
  • Contact information such as phone number and email.
  • Social security number.
  • CURP.
  • Job description.
  • Number and beneficiaries of insurance policies.

In addition, the Company may use cookies and related technologies to collect technical data such as browser type, operating system, IP, and site behavior.

III. Sensitive and Patrimonial Personal Data

The Company collects Sensitive Personal Data, such as nationality, marital status, financial capacity, economic solvency and assets involved in future transactions. This data will be treated with security measures to guarantee its confidentiality.

The Holder grants their consent for the treatment of their data according to this Privacy Notice and applicable legal provisions.

Personal data may be transferred within and outside the country to third parties related to the Company for the provision of Services.

If the Holder does not explicitly object, it will be understood that they consent to such transfers.

The Company ensures that data treatment complies with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility established by the Law.

VIII. Security Measures

The Company adopts administrative, physical and technical measures to protect personal data and guarantee its confidentiality.

X. ARCO Rights

Holders may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition through a written request, with a guaranteed response within 20 business days.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice. Updates will be available on the website or will be notified to the email provided by the Holder.
